MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS (SUMMARY)
Membership payments are collected monthly. Treatments must be booked and used within the same calendar month; treatments cannot be carried over under any circumstances.
Members are responsible for planning ahead and booking treatments in advance.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time. Changes within 72 hours will result in the loss of that treatment session. Members may either rebook and pay for a replacement treatment at 10% off, or wait until the following month’s allocation.
Appointments may be booked up to 6 months in advance.
